Terms of service

These terms cover personalized videos purchased through AI Effects Video, including permitted photos, saved orders and private delivery.

Your photos and permission

You must be at least 18, and every person pictured must be an adult who has agreed to this AI video use. Submit photos you own or are entitled to use. Do not submit unlawful, deceptive or abusive content, or private information you are not entitled to share.

Your order authorizes us and the necessary storage and generation providers to process the photos and scene instructions to create and deliver the requested video.

One purchase, one video

Each order purchases one customized video at the scene, duration, frame, quality and price shown before payment, plus any tax shown at checkout. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges or credit packs. Creation begins after payment is confirmed.

Saving an order fixes its photos and output settings. If the connection or payment flow is interrupted, continue the same saved order. A browser error or return from checkout does not by itself confirm whether payment succeeded.

AI results and creative references

AI may change likeness, movement, hands, object details, audio and timing. A generated example, scene reference or illustration does not guarantee an identical result. Review the completed video before sharing it and make clear that the scene is AI generated.

These effects are fictional entertainment. In particular, the Roadster scene does not demonstrate real vehicle capabilities or provide driving advice.

Your content and third-party rights

You retain the rights you hold in your uploaded photos. A video purchase does not grant rights to third-party music, recordings, names, brands or likenesses. Obtain any additional permissions needed for public or commercial sharing.

AI Effects Video is an independent service. References to artists, vehicles, brands or platforms describe an effect or source material; they do not imply affiliation, endorsement or a license.

Order access and downloads

No registration is required. An essential browser cookie authorizes access to your orders in that browser. Delivery email is optional; entering an email address does not establish ownership or reveal other orders.

Keep your private order link safe. Anyone holding the complete link can access that order. If you skip email, you must save the link before paying. Clearing browser data or changing devices may remove browser access; an email address alone cannot unlock an order.

The order page shows progress, download availability and the download deadline. Save a local copy before expiry. Resending a link does not extend or restore expired media.

Order problems

The refund policy applies to each purchase. Contact support@aieffectsvideo.com with your order number about a failed video, duplicate payment or delivery problem. Do not publish private order links or send full card details. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
