Check the role reference beside each upload. Swap the two photos before saving if the left and right cast are reversed.
A photo is rejected
Read the error beside that role. Replace the unsupported or oversized file; accepted photos in other slots stay in place.
Payment or delivery is unclear
Open My orders or your saved private link before starting again. Contact support with the order number if you need help.
