Common problems and fixes
Cash obscures the face in the busiest moment
Pick a clean portrait and check the reference for its heaviest cash shower. The falling notes are part of the scene.
A photo is rejected
Read the error beside that role. Replace the unsupported or oversized file; accepted photos in other slots stay in place.
Payment or delivery is unclear
Open My orders or your saved private link before starting again. Contact support with the order number if you need help.
Money Rain Party: what can go wrong
The wrong subject is replaced
Upload slots map to specific roles in the reference, not every reference photograph.
Featured guest: Upload one adult in a clear, well-lit photo. A knees-up or full-body view with the face visible gives the dance scene more room. You do not need to hold cash or stand in a party venue.
The reference and result have different lengths
A shortened preview is for browsing; the order freezes the complete production reference.
Use the existing order to check its 4.42-second reference and contact support with that order number about a delivered mismatch.
The crop feels different in a square or wide video
Changing framing requires recomposition around the same action.
Choose the required framing before saving. The whole reference sequence and original length remain part of the order.
